AFM, the renowned Spanish association organizing the BIEMH (The Spanish Machine Tool Biennial) is the 10th industry association to partner with FITMA as a strategic ally in promoting what will be the most important manufacturing exhibition in Latin America.

Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AFM) has joined the five Mexican and four international associations that support FITMA in order to make the first edition of this manufacturing and technology show a success. The event will take place from June 22nd to 24th in Mexico City.

AFM, the Spanish association of machine tool, accessories, parts and tool manufacturers, represents 90% of the machine tool and advanced manufacturing technology companies in Spain.

Based in San Sebastian and with an office in China (Tianjin), AFM works to promote internationalization and, through its Foundation for Machine Tool Research (INVEMA) technology unit, the technological innovation of its member companies. AFM is a member of both CECIMO and ECTA, the European associations of machine tool and cutting tool manufacturers.
